Participating healthcare organizations, providers, and pharmacies remain independently responsible for the licenses, registrations, professional obligations, and regulatory requirements applicable to their respective activities.
RxCollective also maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for PHI in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements.
No. RxCollective does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions. Clinical services facilitated through the platform are provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with independent professional medical entities. These healthcare professionals independently evaluate patients and make all diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions.
No. RxCollective does not prescribe, manufacture, compound, or dispense medications. Prescribing decisions are made independently by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals, and dispensing and fulfillment are performed by appropriately licensed pharmacies.
RxCollective's pharmacy workflow can help identify alternative participating pharmacies when the initially selected pharmacy is unable to fulfill an order. Alternative pharmacy options are determined based on applicable factors such as licensure, patient location, pharmacy capabilities, availability, and workflow requirements. Any prescription-related changes remain subject to applicable clinical, pharmacy, and legal requirements.
Pricing available through RxCollective may reflect negotiated terms with participating pharmacy partners and applicable network arrangements. Pricing may vary based on the pharmacy, medication, formulation, quantity, service requirements, and other applicable factors. RxCollective's platform is designed to provide healthcare organizations with greater visibility into available pharmacy options and pricing.
For Healthcare Organizations:

RxCollective utilizes a transparent fee structure based on the services selected by the healthcare organization. Applicable platform, administrative, or service fees are disclosed during onboarding and contracting. RxCollective does not add undisclosed markups to pharmacy medication pricing.
Yes. Healthcare organizations may use RxCollective for pharmacy sourcing and related technology and administrative workflows without utilizing the broader integrated MSO services. Available services can be configured based on the organization's operational needs.
